All of our ceramics are handmade, making each pot a unique piece of art. Our team goes to great lengths to ensure you receive beautiful, blemish-free pottery.
Our satisfaction guarantee allows you to return any non-clearance items within 48 hours after delivery. If your ceramic, planter, pot, or other product does not meet your expectations and is not damaged, contact us, and we will be happy to help you with a refund or replacement within a reasonable time. We may have to manufacture the replacement or if we have it in stock, your replacement would get to you faster.
Over 99% of our shipments arrive safely, and all our shipped orders come with insurance. If your product is damaged in any way during shipping, we will offer a refund or exchange. Simply send us a photo of the damaged item, and one of our associates will promptly process your request.

Manufacturing hand-crafted ceramic pottery is subject to variation due to an inherent variability in raw materials and production processes. Glaze Colors like Moss, Cream, Cocoa and Coffee with unstable components in its formula may contain higher levels of variation.
