At Wesceramics We Package Your Planters With Great Care and Confidence.

 

All items are made to order, packed and shipped directly from our factory in Mexico. Each planter is securely packaged in an individual carton. To protect your planter, we use a combination of heavy-duty cardboard, shrink-wrap, pallets, strapping, and custom-fit packaging materials. Each planter is cushioned and stabilized to match its exact shape, significantly reducing the risk of damage during transit. Thanks to our careful packaging process, over 99% of our deliveries arrive in perfect condition—without chips, cracks, or scratches.

We know how disappointing it can be to find a perfect piece of pottery has arrived damaged. That’s why we prioritize secure, reliable packaging for every order. At Wesceramics we go above and beyond to make sure your pottery arrives safely and intact.

Our planters are handcrafted and require a production lead time of 4 to 6 weeks for manufacturing and delivery. Our MOQ (minimum order quantity) is one pallet.  For our wholesale, bulk orders or extra-large planters, we offer palletized LTL (Less than a Truck Load) shipments.  Contact us for a freight quote.

Proper palletizing and combination of certain models within each pallet is vital for safe arrival, therefore, our factory recommends certain combination of planters per pallet. First, we construct a barrier around your pots using plywood and heavy-duty straps. Then, our team fills the empty space around your ceramics with fresh foam.  We also add "Fragile" stickers to the exterior of the parcel for extra insurance.

We pack and palletize all orders according to their exact size and weight to get you the best shipping rate possible. Our freight carriers ship in Less Than Truckload (LTL) basis. Some of the steps we take to protect your planters include the following:

·         We choose the best-looking piece of pottery from our yard. Our team inspects each piece for cracks or blemishes before shipment.

·     Our packer chooses the appropriate size package from our assortment of durable wooden crates or pallets.

·       Finally, our warehouse team outfits the sealed package with durable nylon straps.
